 1. Use sculpting clay non drying and based oil one to sculpt the piece you want. (horns are made of insulation foam) . 2 pounds of clay cost around $9.
2. When your sculpt is done use Rebound 25 so make the mold (the pink liquid) for this step ill let you a video here since is easier to explain : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZCIO_2J1gF0   Note: Depending what you gonna cast will be a different way to apply the Rebound 25 complete cast or only front. To add the keys (the lil balls ) they are made out of Rebound 25 casted here http://www.hokeypokeyshop.ca/content/images/thumbs/0004436_loew-cornell-plastic-palette-6-well-940b.jpeg (plastic paint palette) you can install them after the 2-3 layers, you put them then add more layers of Rebound 25.
3. To make the support base use Fiberglass (smell is super strong you need protection and work it outside). This is to make the mold strong since Rebound 25 is silicone and  will bend if doesn’t have a strong base.
4. Then its ready to cast! This one was made with Smooth Cast 300 here is a Video for better explanation : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5w1f6xD77vQ&index=3&list=UUziQh-VtsfKHB4DsjTLyrZg   Horns have layers of smooth cast 300 and sanded.5. When all good to paint add some primer and paint it !! you are done :D . You can use airbrush , spray or acrylic.
I hope this is helpfull!

3. Seal the pieces with 2 layers of wood glue or modge podge and then some layers of plastidip.

4. Glue them together and paint it!

Eva foam chest tutorial

My page: www.facebook.com/m.cosplay

1. Use plastic wrap and masking tape to make the patterns. (If you don’t have a mannequin you can do it in your self with help of someone) ALSO make sure before doing this you make a sketch in a paper of where you want your attachments and stuff because will affect your pattern (my attachment in this one are in the 2 pieces in the front).

Most of time I make a line on the mid and draw only one side since will be the same on the other side and then I paste the pattern and bend the paper in the mid so when I cut the pattern you get full piece.

2. Paste all patterns to EVA foam and cut them.

3. Start gluing them together. For making chest for female I use heat gun and a deep round bowl, I heat the area for like 45 sec then put the piece on top of the bowl and use your punch to push it down (might need some gloves to not burn yourself) when its ready cuz the circle and give the cut you want. You can find a example video on my page.

4. Add the details you want or need in my case I did it wit craft foam.

5. To seal it I used 2 layers of wood glue and some layers of plastidip.

6. Paint it and seal it with modge podge and you done!

How to make Kha’zix head with Foam

My page: www.facebook.com/m.cosplay

*sorry for my english*

1. I made patterns using a foam head you can get them in sally for $5. I wrapped the head with plastic wrap then masking tape and drew the too head part and jaws part then cut em and paste em to the foam.

2. To make too part rounded used head gun and used the foam head to get the round part (careful don’t put it super ht on head cuz will melt XD). For the jaw I made it 4 pieces sides and mid part so it will look like in the pic ( you mig need a dremmel to make the border angled to glue them and make it look clean if not you can us scissors or xacto knife and make the cut horizontal instead straight).

3. For the eyes I used clear resin with a mold and LED.

4. For the antennas used wired an stick into it and glued it inside (in the jaw) ten started adding the craft foam.

5. For the front teeth used craft foam and the others nails.

6. Before painting added 2 layers of modge podge. For painting I used dark purple and mixed an orange with brown to get the jaw color for the other colors metallic green, metallic purple ,metallic blue and a gold for jay corner highlights. (Used sponge for painting) for finishing use a thin layer of modge podge and you done!

Arms armor Runeguard Volibear

This is some example how I make my armors borders, full process will be:

1. Draw the cut piece into the foam then decide of you want only 1 piece border or the style is it in the first pic.

2, Glue the borders ( I always use UHU glue first since if you have to take it out again wont ruing the foam like hot glue then when I’m sure Its placed where i want it put hot glue where is not strongly glued).

3. Glue pieces and details then use a heat gun to bend the pieces.

4. Put 2 layers of modge podge.

5. Paint it! And add a thin layer of modge poge after paint dries.

Yugioh Magiciangirl Wand Tutorial

*Sorry for my english I tried to explain it the best I could*

My page: www.facebook.com/m.cosplay

1. Decide the measurement you want for the wand. Remember the total measurement have to be with the top and bot part included.

2. Cut pvc pipe (make sure to leave additional pvc pipe in top and bot, for example if you decided to make your lenght 18 add 2 inches top and bot so u can place top and bot).

2.Make the top and bot part, for top I used insulation foam and bot a ball of foam (it was bigger so i used sanded it down for the size). And place it in the pvc to check if is the measurement you wanted in total.

3.Place top and bot and add the worbla (use the worbla to stick it to the pvc pipe since most of the glue eat the insulatioan foam)

4. To make the part the red arrow is pointing I used airclay to make the shape then bondo since airclay is too weak and it cracks but you can use epoxy clay.

5. For the rings I used also worbla.

6. Paint it and you done.

How to make a dragon tail

  1. Start with a pool tube and make this kind of cut: http://fc04.deviantart.net/fs31/f/2008/229/f/0/Dragon_Tail_WIP_by_Wolfbird.jpg
  2. Start Gluing the bot part (jus cut long rectangles and glue on top of another).
  3. After cutting a LOT of scales start gluing them . In my case I started from bot to top.
  4. To fill those triangles spaces just cut scales in a half and start gluing them in those spaces so it looks like the picture #5
  5. Test the tail.
  6. In my case since mine needs some kind of bumps like rocky look I used hot glue to make em.
  7. When you done and ready to paint it seal it with 2 layers of modge podge. ( I tested some color first).
  8. In the first pic appears all the paints I used and order. My base color its the black of the foam so I started with the dark red.
  9. Then Added bright red.
  10. Next highlight was orange.
  11. Last color applied was some metallic light gold on the corners and in some scales till the middle.
  12. For last detail I added just a lil bit of black in the rocky bumps.

I don’t force paint places that the sponge can’t reach because that’s what gives the effect of shadow with the base color in scale case. Like in the pic under the tutorial.

For Attachment I would recommend a belt.
